Partly Cloudy — legally Delno oblačno, informacijske tehnologije, d.o.o. — is a Ljubljana-based consultancy founded in 2024. We work at the point where cloud and on-premises infrastructure meet, because in practice almost no environment is purely one or the other. That's also why we pair cloud expertise with deep network engineering: the two disciplines are rarely separable in real deployments, and treating them as one problem tends to produce better, more resilient systems.
